Ofer Laksman - Chairman, C.E.O

Over 19 years of experience within the IT arena, Ofer brings vast experience in managing, sales and business development within the local & International arena, working for service providers companies, local and International. In his previous role Ofer joined SUN and served as SUN’s X86 regional sales business unit manager for the MEDI region (Israel, Greece, Turkey & the Balkans). Mr. Laksman served as AMD regional sales country manager managing the AMD/OEM’s business sales and marketing for Israel and Greece. Prior to joining AMD, Mr. Laksman worked for a number of companies in the computing and telecommunications industries, including Compaq, HP and local service providers.

Mr. Laksman holds M.S.m degree in management from the New York Polytechnic University.

Tsafrir Lahav - C.M.O

Professional sales management with more than 19 years of experience at the IT field in a wide variety of business. Building a new and successful growth businesses among new and existing markets with a pioneering attitude. Proven ability to approach and establish new markets, increase market share, managing channels & partners.. Outperform strategic planner skilled at both short-and long-range goal setting, Conducted Enterprise tenders at Government offices and banks. Until 2009 Tsafrir hold the position at CN as sales manager, EEMEA. Before it he open the first direct branch of ADIC as there Sales Area Manager of Israel, Greece & Turkey. Prior to that and for 5 years Tsafrir managed the OEM activity for Net-RAID.

Mr. Lahav holds a Computer Science, TAU. 

Tsafrir voluntarily establish and active as the Vice Chairmen of NOCH the Israeli society for the Animal welfare.  

Assaf Hermolin - C.F.O

More than 11 years of experience as accountant & controller. Began his career as apprentice at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Yigal Breitman & Co.), Tel Aviv, continued as senior audit manager for Hattis, Gruenebaum & Co. Accounting (Tel Aviv,) and assistant controller at the David Intercontinental Hotel, Tel Aviv. Now Partner in Office of Yosef Hermolin, C.P.As . 

Mr. Hermolin holeds a BA (Accounting) , Israel College of Management. 

Vladimir Lyubarsky - C.T.O

Over 18 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure area. Mr. Lyubarsky brings his vast experience both  to the IT Analyzer staff and to its customers alike. In 2004 Mr. Lyubarsky established a system integration company , working in the field of systems , storage backup , DR and other tailored solutions in the Israeli market. In 1997-2004 Mr. Lyubarsky served as a senior Technical Account Manager in Hewlett Packard (Israel) Ltd.

Mr. Lyubarsky holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an M.S.m degree from the New York Polytechnic University.

Oleg Kovalev - C.i.O

Over 18 years of experience within the IT arena, Oleg brings his extensive experience in the relevant Operational systems, Backup and Storage fields. In 2004 Mr. Kovalev established a system integration company , working in the field of systems , storage backup , DR and other tailored solutions in the Israeli market. Before founding the company, Mr. O. Kovalev served as a Senior System Administrator, Storage and Backup Manager and UNIX team leader at Amdocs Ltd.

Mr. O. Kovalev holds a B.A. degree in entrepreneurship specialization from the University of Derby (United Kingdom).

Gregory Kovalev - VP R&D

Over 35 years of experience in the IT arena and more than 40 years experience in technology , manufacturing and management spheres. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gregory Kovalev served as the CTO of ELK Comprehensive IT solutions, Israel - an IT integration company. Mr. Kovalev was responsible for the technical solutions of the company and his main role is Solution Architecture. Mr.G. Kovalev commenced his career in the Vehicle Industry field as an Engineer , and soon held the position of Director of the Data Center and Director of external relations. Mr. G. Kovalev served for six years as System manager of Cimatron LTD., and Integration Specialist at EMC.

Mr. G. Kovalev holds an MBS from Bauman Technical University, Moscow.

Pablo Horenstein  - VP Pre-Sale

Over 20 years of experience in Technical Sales Management within the IT infrastructure area, Pablo brings his extensive experience promoting technical Sales of Data Management Disciplines as Data Protection, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Enterprise Security & IT Management Solutions. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Horenstein served as the Presale Manager of Southern Mediterranean Region at Symantec (NASDAQ – SYMC). Pablo was the pioneer Presale consultant to join VERITAS Software (NASDAQ – VRTS, Acquired by Symantec) when opening the company subsidiary in Israel during 2002 - leading the company's Technical activities and managing the Presales team. Mr. Horenstein served as Head of Technology of Data Availability Division at Malam Communications and Computers, IT Integration Company.

Mr. Horenstein holds a B.A. degree in Science from the Open University.
