Rafi Shkolnik
Rafi has 20 years of experience in Israeli IT industry served as the CEO & Regional Director of NetApp (www.netapp.com) until May 2011, Started the Israeli operation in 1998 and the operation in Africa, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus and Malta. Over the years Rafi Managed the first stage of the NetApp / IBM alliance in Europe (Spain Italy, The Benelux and also Middle East & Africa), Brought the company in the region from non-existing to a leading position in the storage market. Prior to NetApp Rafi worked for Scitex (today part of Kodak) for 8 years.
In his last job Rafi was a product leader in the R&D and managed the R&D operation of one of Scitex’s flag ship products.
Nowadays, Rafi act as a board member in some Israeli high-tech companies, active angel and Managing partner in an Israeli start-up accelerator.
Ran Daniel
Ran Daniel has extensive experience in finance and international business management and has served as chief financial officer to a number of start-up companies.
From June 2000- September 2003, Mr. Daniel served as the international Chief Financial Officer of Ness Technologies, Inc., where he controlled global reporting and finance-related activities for international operations and played leading roles in planning and executing the company’s extensive cross-border M&A activities. From December 1995- June 2000, Ran Daniel was a senior manager in the audit and corporate finance division at Ernst & Young LLP in Israel and From June 1993- December 1995 he was an analyst at the Bank of Israel.
Ran Daniel is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States and Israel and is admitted to practice law in New York. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). He is a member of the CFA Institute, the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA), the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the Hebrew University as well as a Graduate Degree in Law from the University of Bar-Ilan.
Gili Klein
Gili Klein has been an IT consultant to insurance companies, system integrators, and company products. The former CEO of Maestro, the technology solution provider company for Migdal group, the leading Insurance Company in Israel, and the subsidiary of generali group.
Gili was one of the deputies to the Migdal's CEO and was the CIO of the group. Gili served in this position for over nine years and changed position on May 2010. Gili led the IT transformation of Migdal at the time when the insurance industry faced a business transformation and had to adjust itself to the new market rules and regulations.
Prior to Migdal she was a VP product manager of Shore Technologies .Prior to that she was more than nine years the COO of the life insurance department of Menorah insurance company. Gili is in the information technology sector and insurance sector more than 25 years and served in various positions, professional positions and management positions.

Shachar Efal
Shachar Efal is an information technology services sector expert and one of the most highly regarded IT executives in Israel with more than 15 years of experience. He served in a number of executive management positions at the NASDAQ listed IT services conglomerate Ness Technologies, including Chief Executive Officer of Ness Israel, President Global Software Distribution, and President Global Business Development.
Prior to Ness he founded New-X Systems, a regional IT services provider, successfully merging the company with the multinational IT services provider Ipex and serving as Chief Executive Officer of the combined entity Ipex-ICS, before negotiating its merger with Ness.
Mr. Efal holds bachelor of Science degree in Industry and Management (specializing in IT and Communication) from Ben Gurion University.
